Besides, in order to improve customer-oriented skills, develop the skills to grasp customer psychology, solve customer problems accurately by providing customers with the right products. Viettel has searched for partners to provide solutions that can help them overcome these two problems.

MVV provides a solution which is a bilingual online training course with the theme of Customer Orientation. This training course provides two useful tools for Viettel employees: HEART and PRICE; in order to help employees working directly with customers lie down to accurately capture the customer’s problem and provide the right solution for customers.
At the same time, with the need to train employees from other countries, MVV has designed an English version for customers.
