The implementation of digital transformation for this HR training segment aims to improve the capacity and knowledge of MBS employees comprehensively, quickly while saving time and cost.

Along with the online training platform are 10 online training modules designed specifically for MBS by Everlearn Learning Suite team, focusing on 3 areas: Management competence, sales skills and soft skills. Lectures on the system are designed with many video formats, SCORM (interactive lecture standard), infographic images, Power Point presentation format, PDF materials, … Gamification such as badges and leaderboards increase the participation and excitement of MBS staff when participating in learning.
