MVV Academy’s mission is to create a “different education and training” that we call “alternative MOTE” (alternative Ministry of Training and Education), “revolutionize” training and learning in Vietnam. In order to improve labor productivity and promote the development of the Vietnamese economy. We wish to contribute to improving competitiveness and create a great development for businesses through the construction and development of human capital of the business ..
Vision: in the next 6 years, we will change the training and learning methods in the top 1000 Vietnamese enterprises, support the establishment of corporate training departments (CU-corporate university) to improve business capacity and competitiveness for Vietnamese businesses. Our long-term vision for 20 years is to provide the fastest, most convenient and practical “learn to work” opportunity to the Vietnamese workforce, through the application of the most advanced education and training technology.
